Returns / Refund Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Tom’s Teas, however, if you wish to return a product in its unused and original packaging, please return it to us, with the receipt, at Tom’s Teas Ltd, 31 Compton Court, Victoria Crescent London SE19 1AF, within 7 days of receiving your product/s.

The refund will be made in the form of the original payment. To exercise your right to a refund, please inform us of your decision via email at hello@tomsteas.com. You bear the cost of return shipping costs, unless the Products are defective or the Products received were not the Products ordered.

Any lost, stolen or damaged orders will be replaced, provided you notify us within 7 days of placing your order.

To discuss a delivery or to check on the status of an order, please contact us at hello@tomsteas.com and we will respond to you as soon as we can reasonably do so.
